Your account and eligibility

Provide accurate account and billing information, keep your sign-in codes private, and use only an account and payment method you are authorised to use. Purchases must be made by someone legally able to enter into a contract, or by a parent or guardian on behalf of a learner who cannot. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Products, packages and orders

We supply digital exam-practice papers, packages, courses and study materials as described in each available listing. A package may include 1, 3 or 5 papers; the listing determines the actual contents, attempt limits and any access period. Do not assume a product includes extra attempts, tutoring, evaluation or a certificate unless the listing says so.

All prices and checkout totals are in Indian rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and the final payable amount are shown before payment. Payment methods depend on those offered in the checkout for your transaction. An order is fulfilled after successful payment confirmation; a pending or failed payment does not grant paid access. Test-mode purchases are clearly labelled and do not collect real money.

Digital delivery and support

Courses and materials use your storefront account; question papers require a separate exam-platform account and allocation under our shipping and digital delivery policy. There is no physical shipment. If a technical problem affects a paper, we will investigate and arrange a fix, restored access or replacement where appropriate.

Purchases do not have a routine cancellation or change-of-mind refund option. Read the refund and cancellation policy for technical remedies, payment errors and exceptions required by law.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Your purchase grants personal access to the purchased content under its stated conditions, not ownership of our materials. Do not resell, redistribute, publish or share paid papers, files or account access without permission. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or submit work dishonestly. We may restrict access where necessary to investigate misuse, and you can contact support to challenge an access restriction.

Learning outcomes and availability

Practice papers support preparation; scores and completion do not guarantee success in an external examination, admission, employment or professional licensing. Certificates, where included, record Zertiqat completion and do not imply external accreditation unless expressly substantiated in the listing.

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, connectivity problems or provider outages may interrupt it. This does not exclude our obligations to deliver your purchase or your remedies under applicable law.

Privacy, changes and applicable law

Our privacy policy explains how we use personal data. Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Indian law applies, without restricting mandatory consumer rights or the competent consumer forums available to you.
