When and where you receive access

For storefront courses and study materials, after a successful payment is confirmed, access is normally enabled immediately in the Zertiqat account used for the purchase. Sign in with the same email address and open My learning. Payment verification delays or a technical issue can delay access; a bank debit alone does not confirm that an order has completed.

If a listing specifies a future release date or scheduled access, that schedule applies. You will receive the contents and number of papers or attempts stated in your purchased package. Downloadable files are included only when the listing says so.

Delivery of question-paper packages

German B2 papers are delivered through exams.zertiqat.com, which uses a separate exam-platform account. After payment is confirmed, the included papers are allocated automatically to the email used at checkout. You receive a receipt and an access-ready email. New exam users set their password through Forgot password in the exam portal. Signing in to the storefront alone does not grant exam access. Test purchases are restricted to approved testers and do not collect real money.

Check the package page for current purchase availability, included papers and access duration. Contact support if you need help with your account or delivery. Once assigned, a paper can be opened from the exam portal. The purchased attempt allowance applies to each named paper; its timer starts when you start the exam and uses the duration shown in the listing.

Access requirements and validity

You need an internet connection, a supported modern browser and access to your registered email address to sign in. Review the product listing for any specific requirements, duration, submission deadline or attempt limit. Packages do not include unlimited attempts unless expressly stated.

Missing access or interrupted attempts

If payment succeeded but the product is missing, or a technical issue interrupts a paper, contact us with your order reference. We will verify the order and work to restore access, fix the issue or reissue the affected paper or attempt. Do not place a second order just to resolve a pending payment.
